I have never been more excited to share a Solution Focused resource as I am today, as I invite you to join The Solution Focused Universe. This is something I have been dreaming about for years, and I am finally able to deliver it. As you may know, I teach the Solution Focused Approach all around the world, I’ve even published a few books along the way. A couple of things I always emphasize are the importance of practicing this as a skill and the importance of watching actual sessions by video or live if you can find a place to observe. Mastering the Solution Focused Approach is challenging, due to the differences between this approach and traditional problem focused approaches to psychotherapy, doing these things are keys to learning to use this approach effectively.

“I believe in lifelong learning, and I believe that it’s important to always be immersed in things that are new concepts that are new thoughts that are new in our field. As a member of Solution Focused Universe, you have the opportunity to have a Coaching Call with Elliott and an Intervision call with Paut, a Case Consultancy Call with Adam and weekly practices with Anna. And in those calls, there are people from everywhere, all around the United States, all around the world.

I’ve had the opportunity to connect to people in all walks of life, from all over the world, with all different levels of experience, those who are brand new to The SFU, and those who have been in a Solution Focused Brief Therapy mode for a number of years, I really value the experience they bring. I value the encouragement and the support. I really don’t think that there is any reason, as a Solution Focused Therapist, to not be a member of The SFU. And I would really encourage you to give it a try and come on and join me as a member of the Solution Focused Universe!”
Gail Castle - Counselor • SFU Member

“There are the most amazing learning opportunities which just simply keep getting better and better if that’s even possible! There are weekly practice calls, where if you’re a member of The SFU, you have this wonderful opportunity to be able to connect with a group of like-minded people and everyone just simply helps each other out. You don’t have to pretend that you know everything, you don’t have to not participate because you think you don’t know anything. Everyone is an equal and it is a wonderful opportunity to share and to move forward. There’s monthly consultation opportunities with people like Elliott and Adam and power through the Intervision process.”
