Very often people observe a solution focused session being conducted by a skilled professional and think they are watching something magical. They attribute the skill of being able to do this work with some mystical skill that the professional possesses. This thought scares me because in a way they observer is saying this because they doubt that they themselves have this skill within themselves. Let me tell you, it is not magic.
