One of the key ideas of the Solution Focused Approach is that often times small things lead towards big things. For example, I am currently experiencing the importance of this in my work as I am working to release my annual free questions training series while seeing clients in my office and doing a thousand other things. I\’ve had to learn to focus on one thing at a time in pursuit of a bigger goal. I have also seen this time and time again in the lives of the many clients I have seen over the years. However, this idea really hit home while I was listening to a lecture by Marcus Latrell. In this video, I share exactly what moved me about his story and how it is relevant to SFBT.
