I am a Dutch mother of two and grandmother of my dear Dutch/English granddaughter. My second love is definitely the solution focused approach. After a career as a physiotherapist and in management I came across the Signs of Safety concept, a solution focused revolutionary approach to child protection. I was blown away and started applying the underlying ideas immediately, together with my team.
